UpdatedMar 24, 2026

Effective date: March 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Uni-1 AI collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit uni1ai.pro, read our Uni-1 content, create an account, buy credits or subscriptions, contact support, or use our hosted workspace and browser-based media tools.

If you searched for Uni-1 privacy, Uni-1 data handling, or whether browser tools stay local on this site, this is the governing privacy policy for uni1ai.pro.

Key points upfront

  • This policy covers uni1ai.pro, not official Luma billing or any third-party service you buy outside this site.
  • Local browser tools can keep files on your device, while hosted workspace features may send prompts, files, or task settings to our service providers.
  • If you are checking whether a purchase is governed by this policy, compare it with our Pricing, About, and Terms of Service pages together.

What parts of the service this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • public content pages such as guides, FAQ, pricing notes, and blog posts
  • account, billing, and support flows on uni1ai.pro
  • hosted workspace features where prompts, uploads, task settings, or outputs are processed by us or our service providers
  • browser tools that may process files locally in your device browser when the feature is designed that way

What we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  1. Account data

    • Name, email address, login identifiers, and profile details you provide.
  2. Workspace inputs and uploads

    • Prompts, uploaded files, reference assets, task settings, task history, and resulting outputs associated with your use of the hosted workspace.
  3. Usage and device data

    • IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referral data, timestamps, page views, and product interaction events.
  4. Payment and billing data

    • Order details, transaction status, subscription state, billing country, and limited payment metadata.
    • Payment card details are generally processed by our payment partners, not stored by us in full.
  5. Support and communication data

    • Emails, chat content, issue descriptions, screenshots, and other information you send when you ask for help.
  6. Cookies and analytics data

    • Cookies, local storage, and measurement technologies used for authentication, preferences, fraud prevention, and product analytics.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • operate the public site, localize content, and measure which Uni-1 topics people actually need
  • operate accounts, billing, credits, subscriptions, and task history
  • process prompts, uploads, edits, reference-based tasks, and other hosted jobs
  • provide browser tools and product features
  • prevent abuse, fraud, chargebacks, spam, and security incidents
  • improve product quality, reliability, and support operations
  • send transactional emails and service notices
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

When we share information

We may share information with:

  • infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, email, and customer support vendors
  • payment processors and tax or anti-fraud partners
  • AI or media processing providers when needed to complete the task you asked us to run
  • professional advisers or authorities when required by law, to defend rights, or to investigate misuse
  • a successor entity if the business or assets are reorganized, sold, or transferred

We do not sell your personal information for cash consideration.

Local browser tools

Some tools on uni1ai.pro are designed to run locally in the browser. In those cases, files may stay on your device unless you separately choose to upload or share them through another feature. Local processing does not mean zero risk, so you should still review your own environment, browser extensions, and device security.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention periods may vary based on account status, order history, fraud review, legal requests, and backup cycles.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure, so you should also protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our vendors and infrastructure operate.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also be able to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@uni1ai.pro from the account address you used on the service.

Children

Uni-1 AI is not directed to children under 13, and you should not use the service if you are not old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page, with the effective date revised above.

Inactive account retention

For verified accounts with no recorded activity for at least 30 consecutive days, we may schedule deletion only when our records show no successful payment, active subscription, refund, chargeback, or payment dispute. We send an account-status notice when the 30-day deletion window starts and a reminder seven days before deletion. Signing in or using the keep-account link cancels the schedule. Free or promotional credits do not prevent deletion. Records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or email-suppression purposes are separated, minimized, and retained only for the applicable period.
